Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or modified.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.


Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped using the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by us.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Not Responsible for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Once the package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, all responsibility transfers to the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer

  • Packages damaged in transit

  • Packages lost or stuck in transit

  • Packages stolen after delivery

Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim for reimbursement or investigation.

We do not issue refunds, replacements, or credits for carrier-related issues.


Package Delays

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier or postal delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Customs delays (for international orders)

  • Any other issues that occur after the package has left our facility

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses entered at checkout.
We cannot reroute, intercept, or modify orders once they have been shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will apply to reship.


Shipping Insurance (Optional)

We strongly encourage adding shipping insurance at checkout if available.
Insurance claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import regulations.
We are not responsible for delays or holds caused by customs agencies.
